“We had a last minute request from the bank that we are getting a mortgage through for 2 items that need to be done before loan approval, within 2 business days. I went to the bank and explained the emergency and stated if we don't have these items done, our loan doesn't get approved. Even though I did not have an appointment, the branch manager assisted with having the Lead Teller, Austin help with the first part that couldn't be done through the drive-through, and also getting us the printed documents that we needed.Thanks to the manager and Austin for all of the help!!”
