“I stopped by the store today, and Andrea was amazing. She was busy but still took her time with every customer while still making it personable and fast. she took the time to offer and bring my old man a chair to sit in so he’d be evolved in the conversation. i went to upgrade which i hadn’t done in a long so i had a lot of questions which she took her time with . she let me know what was available and which would be the easiest to manage and how the process was gonna go (which was pretty easy) she also let me know about the new WIFI and free tablets i had available. Her customer service and attentiveness was. 10/10”

“I find it funny that I was looking for a Target near where I was and this one came up in GPS as Spotsylvania but the address here says it is Fredericksburg. I'm confused by it all. Nevertheless I found the place and made my way inside to grab a few home necessities instead of having to stop elsewhere.I came in and walked about a for a few minutes and ended up just looking around at nothing and everything at the same time. On top of the necessities I needed I took the chance to look around for birthday gifts as a majority of my nieces and nephew all have birthdays that fall around the same time.I happened to snag a good deal by doing this. I was in the electronics department and I picked up a Switch wireless controller. When I took it to the counter to pay I was informed that it just went on clearance today and I got it for way cheaper than the price tag stated. I wasn't going to be mad over that. Plus the guy working the electronics counter was pretty nice to talk to.Ended up leaving here with a few more items than I intended to buy, but I was able to check off some of those birthday gifts I needed to buy.”

3102 Plank Rd, Fredericksburg“Went to this store to get my Galaxy S20 screen replaced. I had a crack, which left pixelated streaks across my phone and eventually affected its swiping and use. I came to the gentleman here and they did an amazing job replacing the screen. Again, my phone was 4 years old. Now it's essentially brand new. It did cost for the part and labor but I was willing to pay that than 10 times the amount for a brand new phone. Would recommend coming back!”
“My phone was nearing the end of its Apple support and I went in to see what was available. Nichole was fantastic. She was kind and patient with this old guy who wasn’t familiar with Apples’ new product terms and she walked me through them. She explained how the new product was going to affect my plan exactly. I appreciate the time she spent with me. Great job.”
“I went into this store - albeit very stressed after a very infuriating attempt to set my phone up for myself. A gentleman by the name of Paul immediately greeted me whilst with a customer and asked me what could I get assistance with. I told him my grievances of having a carrier lock issue and it started off with a low probability that I’m walking out with my new iPhone all set up. But Paul persisted and not only did he not give up, but he got my phone set up even though I had the wrong carrier. He was super friendly, engaging, and made me feel comfortable about my lack of knowledge on the whole phone issue.
If I could recommend anybody from this store that you all need to go to and get assistance from, it’s Paul. And if anybody higher up is reading this, please give Paul a raise or some kind of recognition for the amazing work he did and still continues to do.”
