Najma was very rude and unprofessional during my bill pay transaction. I asked her to provide her name and corporates number and she told me I wasn't even intelligent enough to spell her name and then proceeded to say she didn't "have a pen" to provide the information to me. I then asked Chris the other present employee for the number as he was locating it for me she began to become more irate and demanded I get out of the store.she came from behind the counter that's when I began to record she then assaulted me and they tried to lock me in the store because I had her on video and she wanted me to delete it. I'm filing charges against Najma for assault and from these reviews it seems like she's always being unprofessional and rude to customers and maybe this isn't the job for her

This Arab lady who works @ this cricket store was so rude to me when I went there to port my numbers. After she made a mistake & ported the wrong number, I had to call customer service in front of her because she was not ready to assist me fix the problem. I had to pay extra money for her negligence. For 5 days my line was not working & customer service was tossing me here & there! Such a bad & unprofessional experience, I don't think I will stay with this company. It's a shame

The staff always act like it's an inconvenience & they hate their jobs! When you ask questions they are basically going to give you the bare minimum especially if it has to do with the phones itself. Crickets services seem to work pretty good in most areas though so I have stayed with them so far.

My wife was switching from T-Mobile to cricket and Mohammed did a great job helping us out, he was quick and answered all of our questions as well.
