I can't say enough good things about The Lab and its owner! I had a unique situation with a 26-inch tire that needed to be mounted and balanced urgently, and The Lab really went above and beyond. Despite it being a closed day for them, the owner personally opened up the shop just to help me out.
He took his time, making sure everything was done to perfection, and spent a solid two hours ensuring that the tire was mounted and balanced exactly right. “Came here on a Monday evening after jumping my car's battery. Called the store to have someone come out to check it. Chris came out and began testing. He was very informative about the current battery I had and what might be going on. I know nothing about cars and have felt that past workers in the auto industry take advantage of that, so I was fully prepared to bite the bullet and get a new battery. Chris was thorough and suggested he take it out and try to charge it with the store charger. I agreed. Not 20 minutes later he called and said unfortunately the amps on my battery were bad. He gave me my options for the new battery and installed it moments later. A sudden dead battery can be stressful but Chris at this location made it as easy as possible and ensured I had exhausted my options before committing to a new battery. I recommend him and this location for anyone in need of battery assistance!”

Brittany did an awesome job installing the battery in a Chevy Cruze 2013. Brittany completed the job in 10 minutes while I observed her work. Great Job working for the customer. I'm staying with Advanced Auto.”

“Caliber Collision off Layefette Blvd in Fredericksburg, VA was nothing short of one of the best experiences I’ve received from a repair shop. I had a great experience with all the staff they were all very friendly and helpful with a sense of humor and always had a very upbeat with great attitudes and very personable personalities never had an issue with customer care once, I give them an A+++ rating all the way. A super big shout out to the customer care I received from Shayna and Keri at the front desk. However another super huge shout out to Kathryn my vehicle repair advisor. She was nothing short of a true through and professional repair advisor and inspector she was always helpful with questions I would have, never cut corners and was straight forward with everything and she was also very particular about keeping me informed daily of my vehicles progress, never once did I have to worry about my cars completion she was always on top of it and was simply the best to work with. She relayed to me a few parts that were put on my vehicle that didn’t look or fit right and since insurance companies want to use aftermarket items because of cost, she without hesitation contacted the insurance company and got approval to use OEM products that fit the proper way, that there is a person who takes pride in doing the job right and making the customer happy and putting the car back to what it should look like when it came off the lot. I also truly want to personally thank all the repair technicians that completed and fixed my vehicle the way you did great job to you all as well you were the hard workers behind this and need the proper recognition great repair job. When I picked up my vehicle I noticed a small misalignment on hood, without hesitation she literally had the technician who worked on my vehicle correct it within 10 minutes of my concern. That there showed me how much pride Kathryn, the technician and Caliber Collision take in their work. Like anything else your eye can’t catch everything so when this was pointed out it was corrected immediately literally within 10 minutes. Thank you to all the staff at Caliber Collision great job, customer care and repair of my vehicle.”
