“Had read the dismal reviews and was hesitant to go to this branch to conduct some mundane account business. But because of its proximity to my home I decided to drop in. My experience was a pleasant one....checked in upon entering and waited no more than 2-3 minutes before a young man introduced himself and asked me into his office to discuss my needs. Of course I can't recall his name.......but he was polite, knowledgeable, and attentive. He easily took care of the issues that I needed addressed and, with that, I was on my way. I'm sure that the negative reviews that have been posted were posted for good reason. I simply wanted to share a positive experience for the branch.....”

“I don't understand the unfavorable reviews. Each time I come to this location over the course of the past 12 years I received nothing less than exceptional, above and beyond, customer service. The banking relationship Mr. Greg Peeples built in me makes me feel like I'm in an old town (literally!) where we are all part of a wonderful community. Does this location get busy? Absolutely, but even in their state of busy-ness, they all continue to smile, remain cheerful, move things on their platter to help you, and most especially remain happy that you're there. They know you are their customer and try very hard to make you feel like you're the center of their world.It became very busy when Arely Martinez-Escobar was helping me, yet there wasn't one single moment where she didn't continue smiling, remained cheerful and thorough, and ensured I wasn't anything less than 101% happy.. Exceptional staff is led by exceptional leadership.It's a difficult time for any business with staffing shortages post-Covid, so I strongly advise making an appointment. It will help the branch manager better-anticipate staff needs to ensure you receive the exceptional, knowledgeable, customer service I've come to always experience here.”
