“Went to this location and requested a passport for my mom. It was past the scheduled time frame. Clerk said she would find out if someone would be able to help. Another clerk came out and said she would help us even though it was her lunch time. She went above and beyond to help us get the process going and she was very polite and easy to work with. I don't know if I can name names but I hope she will get this feedback. My 88 year old mother really appreciated her efforts to get this done so she could go and see her daughter later in the month. There was also another person working behind the counter who was very kind and helpful to the people who came in, making everyone feel comfortable. I didn’t catch her name but I’m glad there are such nice people working there. Everyone seemed very helpful and capable.”

“This is honestly the best USPS location I’ve been to in years. I go out of my way to go here, the professionals are kind, welcoming, they remember you, and they provide exceptional customer service. Make sure to look at their hours before heading to the location, I know a lot of people complain about their hours of operation, but it’s not the workers’ fault. Go as early as possible, lines can be long closer to closing time, but the line usually goes by quick.”
