She was literally running back and forth helping everyone, and she still managed to greet every customer with a smile. Her energy, hard work, and friendliness really stood out and made the whole experience so much better. Even with someone yelling at her during my visit she still managed to keep a positive attitude and handled the situation perfectly. “The stalls were clean and clear of debris. The water was actually warm - hot, which is a plus. And the vacuum I used did an awesome job. My only issue with stall 1 from the back of the structure left to right, was that the foam brush didn't work correctly. Why is this the only traditional cash washer around this area? ?”

“I have no idea why there are negative reviews of this place. Seriously, an average of 2.5 stars?!? Look, I don't normally give reviews at all (you know, life) but when I do my integrity dictates that if I give a review it has to be an honest one. I almost never give five (or one) stars. It suggests near perfection, very rare. But after ten years of using them, I can only say great things about them. They do a fantastic job and the price is very fair.I got chatting with another customer while we were waiting and she was equally impressed. I always tip the guys well and still feel like it's not enough. If I had to think of something negative it would be that it takes a while, but I could easily argue that it's because they're taking the time to do a great job. Maybe, I'm just speculating here, the negative reviews were from people that come during a rush, when they have to keep things moving. I, too, can't odo anything thoroughly and efficiently when I'm rushed. I usually go there when it's not super busy.”

“I go here pretty regularly and the self service machines are usually reliable and stocked. When I last went, two vacuums didn't work (one's coin slot was jammed and the other didn't suck). I called the number and left my info. Lo and behold, two weeks go by and there's a check in the mail! Hopefully this means they fixed the vacuums too but I was happy to know they will make it right if something isn't working correctly.”
