I had an excellent experience. My Ford Bronco Sport was rear-ended, damaging the bumper, sensors, and a reflector. Within a week Koons Collision Center had everything fixed and/or replaced for a very affordable amount. I am very thankful and would highly recommend!

Brought my car in after I was rear-ended. They were transparent about the process and expected timelines. Took 1 week longer than expected, but was informed throughout why. The team did a great job, looks brand new. They even cleaned my car inside before giving it back to me which was a pleasant surprise! I would recommend.
