Not only were they able to fix this issue but while doing so they noticed a water leak through my roof and fixed it at the same time. My car was in immaculate condition when I picked it up. “This is by far the best auto body/ collision shop I have worked with. The entire experience was seamless and very easy to handle. In most cases you usually have to scrutinize estimates since insurance wants the repairs done at the cheapest price point to save their money and most shops are just interested in making a quick buck. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE HERE, the team from caliber was extremely professional and made sure everything that needed repair or replacement was done properly and according to the way it should be done for once it felt like the repair shop was on my side and worked to make sure my car was restored to prefect working condition. No corners were cut! I work on cars as a Hobby and I am very critical of work done to my car, i couldn’t find a single flaw and my car came back to me in better condition than it was prior to the insurance claim. There was a slight delay due to supply chain issues from parts suppliers but that was no fault of the caliber team. They even went above and beyond by working past closing hours to make sure my car was ready as soon as possible. Huge shout out to Kevin who was staying late on multiple occasions to re assembler the car. And another huge shout out to David the estimator who was extremely professional and was super easy to work with. Moving forward if mine or any of my family and friends vehicles need any body work it will be sent to this shop!!Services: Painting”

“Great service, prices are good, very friendly.They spent a couple of extra hours trying to diagnose my vehicle tire censors (System issues, probably have to take it to dealer to fix).I'll be bringing my car back for other maintenance work.Side note:While I was waiting there was a guy who purchased the air pump service from the machine outside - the machine turned off after one tire, so he stepped inside to ask them about it. They gave him their air pump to use without charge - major props for the act of kindness.Services: General repairs & maintenance”

“We are so delighted with our experience recently at Bailey's Crossroad Auto Body and this is not our first time having our cars repaired there. We have been living locally since 1975 and have been Geico insured for many years so over the years even as careful as we are driving, accidents happen such as a fender bender or even sometimes a more severe one. Every time an accident happens we always chose this Geico collision center first to have our car assessed. Then we always chose Bailey Crossroad Auto Body to repair our cars. Bailey Crossroad Auto Body also makes arrangement to have a rental car for us. Just to make it clear, all 3 can be done in one place here. How convenient is that. After the pandemic many businesses closed or if it the businesses are still operating then usually customers are not getting as good service as before because lack of workers or workers are burned out. Bailey Crossroad Auto Body is an exception because it is owned by the same family that takes pride and care for their customers. Our cars always look like new when we get them back. This auto body shop only gets better because their many years of experience that's how they keep loyal customers. “I would never have found Oscar if my mechanic hadn't told me about him. He has no website, and his shop is set way back from the street so you'd never know it was there unless you were looking for it. It really did feel like visiting some kind of shady, back-alley operation when I first stopped by for an estimate, but it all turned out great. After someone hit my car and damaged the front end, I got 3 estimates and Oscar's was almost 60% lower than the others due to his much lower labor rate. The person who hit my car didn't want to go through insurance, so it was very helpful to find someone who could do the work at a fraction of the cost. My car is 24 years old, so I just needed it fixed rather than looking new again but Oscar did a great job and he did it very quickly. Dropped the car off on Monday evening and had it back Wednesday morning. If you have an older vehicle or just need a solid repair, don't make an appointment anywhere else without visiting Oscar first.”

“Very helpful gentleman At the desk who called me back when he missed my initial call. He was able to write me out an estimate in about 30 minutes. To have it verbal was free but to have it in writing did cost $50. This is the 3rd place I've gone to and I think based on my conversation I will have the work done by him Because he gave the best detail and the best price and the shortest turnaround time.”

“Very convenient location on Route 50 in Falls Church. Quick shopping trip for Arlington, Merrifield and Falls Church customers. Very helpful and friendly staff. This trip they didn’t have what I needed, headlight cleaner, but they pointed me to the closest location that did. Easy parking and space to do some work in your car if necessary.”

“If you need a part for your car, you'll probably find it here. They have a huge selection of parts in the back behind the counter and they have a smaller area in the front where they sell common items such as oil, brake fluid, washer fluids, etc. Friendly service and decent prices. This is the closest auto parts store to my house so I'll go here if I need something but they don't sell as many random accessories as the larger chains. Worth checking out if you're in the area and need something for your car.”

“This review is strictly on the vehicle sales side of Bill Page Toyota. I worked with Matt Reinersten to get my new Toyota RAV4 Hybrid (I already knew this was the vehicle I wanted.). He was very thorough when I requested for a video of the vehicle before I went out to look at it (lots of buttons pushed and the video showed what it did). No pressure to purchase, and it was a very pleasant experience with him. On the days leading up to me going to the dealership, I was able to call and text Matt to ask him questions and he answered them all and broke things down to an understandable language (my last car was not as technologically advanced as this car, so he explained how the features I had questions about worked and if there was a more basic version of it in my previous car, he was able to relate it back to that and explain the improvements that Toyota has made). Also to note, he did this very professionally without dude-explaining the tidbits that I already knew. 5 out of 5 stars for Matt.Not at the fault of Matt, but to be transparent, the one downside to this dealership is that they do add a dealer markup on their vehicles (as of 2023). (This is the reason for the overall 4 stars instead of 5.)The finance team did a great job in getting me a better rate with Toyota Financial than my credit union, which actually surprised me because usually credit unions give a lower rate. (If you are looking to purchase a car in 2023, be aware that the interest rates are pretty high at the moment.)Overall, I had a pretty good experience purchasing a car at Bill Page Toyota. I highly recommend Matt Reinersten if you are in the market for a new car and want a relaxed shopping experience.”

“I went today I needed a sensor for my tire and Roger helped me get the one I needed friendly and great customer service I left and had to bring the part back because it had to be programed so Roger looked it up in the system but because of my newer Hyundai they don't carry it Roger went and asked Johana for some assistance and they were both great and helping me she called someone and set it up where Mario can look at my car and hopefully fix the sensor I really appreciate how they both went out there way to help me and finding a solution rather than just returning the part Thanks so much I appreciate it. “I was recently in a minor car accident, and I went to Koons Body Shop for the repairs. They did a great job in just a couple days - the repaired portions of the car now looks better than the rest of the car from usual wear and tear - and they were very helpful and friendly. They also cleaned the car (inside and out) before we picked it up. Will definitely return if I need body work in the future.”
