“We are so delighted with our experience recently at Bailey's Crossroad Auto Body and this is not our first time having our cars repaired there. “I had an incident where someone backed into my parked car (my BRAND NEW CAR OF COURSE) & left a note for me to come back to. Thankfully he left his Geico insurance. The Geico agent called me and gave me a list of shops they work with. I chose Bailey's Crossroads Autobody for the convenience in proximity to our home. My husband & I dropped my car off on 3/10/2022 & was greeted by 2 very pleasant people. They were efficient & thorough. They had a rental car set up for me, and had it waiting for me when we got there. They said someone would call me tomorrow with an update. The very next day they called me to let me know that the damage was a little more extensive & it was going to take about 2 weeks to fix. They went above & beyond to extend my rental car for the 2 weeks so I didn't have to call Enterprise. Low & behold, they called me on 03/17/2022 & the pleasant man from up front said "You want your car!?" Super friendly & kind. I was so pleased to get my car a week early! My husband picked up the car & dropped my rental car off in a seamless exchange. My car looks AMAZING. They did a brilliant job & their customer service is top notch. I would definitely do business with them again although I sincerely hope I don't have to. I recommend them to everybody. Excellent customer service & super efficient. I loved that they kept me updated the entire time & made what would have been a nerve wracking experience so simple.”

“I really like this place. It is consistent and my wife is happy with the job they do. I find the $36 wash gets the inside and outside of my car looking great. It is a simple place but i get the sense they care. It is good to make sure you’re happy with the vacuum job at first before moving on to the car wash. I reslly like the wipedown at the end”

“I think is a pretty good price for the service. I live 3 mins. away from it so very convenient. Now. Sometimes it could be very busy, but having it that close to me allows me to skip it and try later. Staff is attentive, vaccum pumps are strong. Sometimes the pricess inside the tunnel gets interrupted for some reason, but nothing that they don't fix in less than a minute.”

“I would like to give this place 6 stars for the outstanding job the guy did today.I had mold in my car floor carpet on the drivers and passenger side, due to moisture being trapped in a closed space for a long time. I purchased carpet shampoo service at the Car Wash. I didn't expect the mold to be completely removed.The guy worked hard and skillfully and was able to remove ALL the mold in the floor carpet including the tough stains on the drivers' side. Outstanding!”
