“This review is essentially about Home Depot's access to the Bagster service. I had hundreds of pounds of old roofing that needed removal. You need a place to put the bag that they can pick up without interfering with overheads, like wires and space, like parking. It cost me about $250! And I could have loaded even more, but I didn't have time. They don't take old appliances etc. In under 10 minutes, they were done and gone. It's www.thebagster.com.”

It took two guys 30 Mins to pry it open for me using bars and wrenches . And they did it all with a great attitude. This place and team are the absolute best .”

“I called to confirm an online order I had placed with Ace and reached Jonathan who was the super helpful in coordinating delivery of an assembled Weber grill to my daughter’s home on the occasion of my son-in-law’s birthday. It was all rather short notice and Jonathan took the time to confirm all the details necessary for a quick delivery in time for the big day, and actually got it there ahead of schedule! We’ve been looking for the prefect fabric to match the elegance and design of the chair but couldn’t find the perfect one, until we found Bruce. Here it is…all done and ready for no one to sit in it ?. Thanks for the help and professional recommendation on design…it’s beyond perfect now!”

“I am so happy I found Albert and his company, Astro Services. I own a spa in Alexandria and we wanted to get in-ceiling speakers in stalled for our music since we have extremely noisy upstairs neighbors. “Now under new ownership as Del Ray Hardware, there is slightly more room inside and it's a little easier to find what you are looking for. Staff are very friendly and eager to help and/or strike a conversation. Love that it was able to remain in the neighborhood. And that they are very dog friendly - we picked up a bag of pet safe ice melt and Penny utilizes the water bowl out front frequently. Plus, they have treats inside for any doggos who go shopping.”

“Wonderful garden department. Very convenient and store representatives are usually helpful or at least try to be (Ace Hardware has much better trained and knowledgeable store reps). Whenever any packaged product is bought, however, usually go to the hardware/fastener section to purchase real screws or hardware for the product, as sometimes the included hardware is of such poor quality that they don't hold up, e.g., screw heads that shear off when you use a power screwdriver - good luck digging out the screw post. Nails that are of questionable integrity and content. Stainless steel hardware should not rust. Nonetheless, very happy that they have and offer what they do, as they are very convenient. Also find their Android app to be very convenient.”

“Large store, lots of helpful staff, shelves usually fully stocked, pices are a little higher than some prices at Home Depot, but they hsve product when Home Depot will not. Some of the staff are friendly and helpful.”
“The Lowe's store itself is good, but trying to get a hold of their customer service is extremely difficult. I spent a week trying to confirm a delivery, going back and forth, with corporate and the store. In the end, I went in, got a hold of a manager who helped me solve the logistical issue.”

“Great place to shop. The staff is very nice and helpful. The parking garage is massive with lots of parking spots. There are many things to buy at Home Depot like building materials. They also have a very huge selection of plants to buy from.”
