I wish if there were 0 star reviews as an option cuz this branch doesn’t even deserve a one star review I’ve been here for more then 2 hours with a friend who’s a client of them and we got to the line and after we finish the line they ask us to have a seat and wait again and the workers were like dead and slowly working after more than 2 hours of waiting we asked one of the banker for help so she said sorry I just got my lunch break even there where another veteran customer he came after me n they ask him to have a seat too n he seat for around half an hour and left without being helped this really ridiculous you need to do better this is not even a bank

I cannot urge AGAINST Truist strongly enough. The customer service is slow and unhelpful at every branch I've ever been to. Most interactions included mistakes that required follow ups. This particular branch lacks training. After an unsatisfactory interaction I called the Truist help line and took care of something the branch said wasn't possible. There are fewer card fees and better interest rates, rewards, and service elsewhere. Don't bank with Truist. Just don't.

This bank recently bought my mortgage. Dealing with them has been TERRIBLE!!! They seem to be completely incompetent and unconcerned with customer service. I would not do business with this bank if I actually had a choice. Stay away!

I opened an account on 11/28, Monday and asked for expedited card delivery. Sofia Rodriguez was the banker. She told me I would be charged $25 for 3 day delivery and I still haven’t received my card: Saturday. She told me I would receive it by Thursday. My card was automatically shipped yesterday and now I have to wait 5-7 business days to get it: next Friday. This caused me to miss my flight this morning. Customer service told me that I could go into the branch today and get a temporary debit card but Gilma, banker told me she can not issue me one because my account is new. She called the “back office” and they said since it’s not in the notes from my customer service call and since my account is new they can’t issue it. Gilma also said they ran out of temporary cards until next week. Don’t waste your time or money with these people or this bank. Save yourself the trouble.

This is one of those places you have to go to for convenience. not because it is a good experience to visit this branch. They treat you very badly every time you go, the truth is that they have to train their employees again, very bad customer service, especially at the window, very bad service, they speak to you in a very impolite way, it seems that they are scolding you. happened to me and the people who are next to me. I definitely do not recommend this branch.

Since the SunTrust and BBT merged the problem of mine increased. When i call to the customer service they cut the phone without proper expansion and the nearest branch print the statement and react like you are bagging on them.

Horribly slow. The branch seems understaffed all the time. Wait times to get to a teller are extremely inconvenient and I’ve seen ppl just give up and leave rather than wait. Management needs to understand the needs of the branch and be proactive in making sure they’re properly staffed

Came to open a checking account today and was told to go home 2 times because I looked Chinese. The 2 HIspanic women that came in well and way after me were never told go home and got service with a personal banker. I came in at 4:20, not 4:55 and according to them, it was too late. I will write in more details but my in-law is an attorney and he told me I may get a case here. My hometown is CLT and I want to support my hometown bank but this was such a tragic experience.
