Horribly slow. The branch seems understaffed all the time. Wait times to get to a teller are extremely inconvenient and I’ve seen ppl just give up and leave rather than wait. Management needs to understand the needs of the branch and be proactive in making sure they’re properly staffed

Ive been waiting in drive thru for 25 minutes and have not moved. They need to limit 5he numbers of transactions allowed
