The employee that was working in there started laughing at me because I wasn’t at a corporate store.

Arrived on time for 11:00am appointment, only one rep in store, who at 11:30am told us it would be another 15 minutes before he could get to us. We left. Total fail on the "appointment" system. We've usually had good service at this store.

Worst customer service ever. We walked inside the store to run into one of the guys sleeping on his desk, the other one was just too busy on his phone. They both completely ignored the both of us. Such a horrible experience!
