As guy coming from Europe who has never really worn a quality pair of boots, but always wanted one, they could have sold me basically anything. Even so, no one was pushy and everyone took their time to find a pair that was my liking an fitted good. Definately going back for pair of jeans and maybe even a hat.”

“Sundance is a wonderful womens clothing store with high end unique clothing and Southwest type jewelry. They have a great selection of dresses, slacks, tops, sweaters and shoes. The jewelry is high quality. The staff is very welcoming. I love this store. Well worth a visit.”

Thinking I was picky I went to foot locker to check it out and I saw these air forces and I was like WOW!, I checked the price and i was like WHAT? ONLY 90 bucks so I bought them they fit just right. I really recommend foot locker no other store had good shoes at low prices.”

They only had it for kid’s sizes (which I can fit into), but I was incredibly hesitant on the material made for adult’s sizes and kid’s sizes.Jasymn was a remarkable employee who understood my issue, and reassured me to take my time to figure out which one I wanted. She went above and beyond calling stores to see if they had what I wanted, and even went to the other journeys in the mall to double check! She let me take as much time as I needed to compare the woman’s and kids shoes. She was incredibly patient and very friendly!!!”

“I was not even aware that there was a Madewell location in Fairfax. I was going to return a pair of pants I ordered online and wanted to try on a different size. One thing I was not exactly thrilled with was the lack of close parking but that’s not the stores fault. It was a nice clean store and every employee was nice and attentive which i appreciated. The store is nicely laid out and has a pretty large selection given its size. I had no trouble getting a dressing room and dressing the help w the items I was looking at. All in all, a very nice store w great customer service. I will definitely be going back. I love Madewell items, especially their purses/ backpacks etc.”

“Every experience I’ve had here has been exemplary. They have a manager who leads by example, you don’t even know she’s the manager when you meet her because she’s on the floor doing the same tasks her employees do.
The customer service from the manager down to the lowest employee has always been perfect, they should give workshops to other companies about how to do customer service right.
