The staff is very friendly and helpful. The selection of goods has seriously dropped off over the last year or so...the whole point to visiting a SaksOff 5TH is for the designer labels. Not getting as much of that as they used to.. ?

June 2022 visit.Cashiers/workers don't know what they doing. Long lines for NO reason. Then the cashier asked me, did I need to check out. Duh - why else am I standing in line with my merchandise?Store not fully stocked.Slow cashiers/workers. Need more training or staff with speed.

I can see why its closing went to the 50% of closing sale and the selection was still mostly full and I didnt even want anything they had at the discounted rates
