The pharmacist is very nice and helpful. Downfall is only one counter for both pickup and dropoff. It takes time if you are in a hurry compare to Target CVS.

Every single time I go at least one sale item rings up at regular price. Extremely frustrating. I wonder how many I missed and how many people with a large order are duped on a regular basis.

The self-checkout stations are a disaster. The scanner failed several times, and it was impossible to remove bagged groceries from the bagging area without requiring a reset by staff.
