“The sales rep. at lazy-boy was professional, he also made a no pressure sales experience. Unlike other stores, the sales rep. at Lazy Boy (the fairfax blvd. location) only introduced himself, gave a layout of the store, and pointed my wife and I in the direction of the sofas. He was very “hands off,” and only engaged when we asked him to. In the end, it was a great experience, and my wife purchased a new sofa and wall recliner with customized cushioning and fabric. Spent $3700 all in, and I promise you that this purchase was made due to the fact that the sales rep. was 100% professional.”
“Lots of good craft products. Sales prices are good, nice selections of things. They have a wide variety of craft products and a really good fabric section. Oh...the vibe is great; it's very peaceful and relaxing. I love to go here and just wonder the aisles. And no horrid H..ween stuff either. My granddaughter isn't afraid to come here.”
“I was in the store last night & bought a beautiful Monet! I noticed there was another one and thought later it would be so lovely for my work. I called today & the man who answered took the time to look on the floor to see if it was still there. Unbeknownst to me he put it on hold after confirming it was there. When I had a small window of time between jobs, I called when minutes away from the store to ask if it was still there and be pulled to be held. The lady who answered informed me it was already being held for me! Customer service, in general, has gone down significantly - especially since Covid! This was so refreshing to be served in this way above and beyond! Thank you!”
“This place is awesome! We love visiting to explore the wear house for unique and interesting pieces. We found two great finds (a lamp and end table time) last time we were there, which are perfect for our space. The table needed love and the Furniture Rescue team did such a great job we almost did recognize it when we picked it up. They are upcycling really cool things at a very reasonable price! We will definitely be back!”

“This store is so big and carried everything I needed. The two salespeople were exceptionally kind and helpful, I didn't catch the name of the one who cut my fabric. But I needed help with coordinating fabric and she had a great eye for color. The selection she helped me make was perfect. Lisa was running the cash register and was likewise very helpful and patient when we ran into a few snags.”

Lexi went out of her way to help us find the right couch and chair and coordinated with a third-party delivery service because my address is outside the service area. Lexi is very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and just amazing. I would give her ten stars if I could!”
