“I'm hesitant to give away a secret gem like the Mobil Service center at this gas station, but alas, no one apart from my wife actually reads these reviews so, honey, if you're reading this, I love you and this is an excellent gas station.When we moved to Tysons one of the first things that we needed to do was find a place to get our yearly inspections done. We have some places that are a little further away, so we opted to give the Mobil Service center here a shake. Normally, as many of you know (I hope), getting your inspection done is a process that involves more time than it should. You need to wait in line for some guy to honk your horn, check your blinkers, look for problems that he needs to fix and charge you $20 for your trouble.Well, I must say that the service center here breaks all the norms for Northern Virginia. I have never, and I repeat, never, waited in a line to get my inspection done. Literally the process has taken 15 minutes tops every time. The staff is kind, quick and honest from what I can tell. The sign out front says that they do emissions inspections as well, but I haven't done this with them yet. I also haven't brought my car in for repairs here either, so I can't speak to their prices or labor quality. However, they don't seem to be all that busy, which would imply that they'd take a little more time on your car.Additionally, as if more was needed, they have the cheapest prices in the area (by the area I mean the Sunoco literally right next door which is always about 5 cents more expensive) and they have free air for your tires.This shop is a hidden gem and a good spot if you're looking for somewhere to get your inspection done quickly.”
“Passing through the area from New Jersey had tire trouble the crew there found a slow leak in one of my tires that I have had looked at multiple times besides that I actually pulled off and said that was the best experience I've had at a tire shop. That surprised me because you normally don't pull away from a tire shop thinking how great of an experience it was you just go and get a tire fixed but it was friendly service. Had a Hometown shop atmosphere. The service was speedy and Professional.”
“I have been going to George and.for years and I wouldn’t gone anywhere else for work. Consistently I have called needed things and stopped in and had immediate service. I just had my A/C fixed by calling and stopping in.

“My first time visiting this auto shop due to google map reviews. I came in for an oil change around 11:45pm on Oct 2nd and left by 1pm. So the wait time was pretty satisfying compared to Toyota and Wiygul. I was greeted by Matt the cutie pie. He was professional and friendly. I came for an oil change and i stayed until they finished with my car. The waiting area was okay, but a bit warm. I am someone who loves cold and cool rooms. It would've been nice if they had the waiting room at a room temperature of 70°s. It was 80 degrees inside. I should know because my house is always at 70°s. Anyways overall i am happy with the service and satisfied with the price. Matt took his time explaining all the things that i need to repair or consider repairing. He seems a genuine good guy, but i have my skepticism about all mechanic people, because of my past experience with Wiygul. I will return to this place for my next oil change, only then i will upgrade my rating from 4 to 5 stars. I felt welcomed though. The guys arent bunch of weirdos who stare at you or anything, they seem really professional. Thanks Craftsman!”
“This is an excellent tire shop! Great communication on the phone and in person, honest assessment, and quality work. I had a flat tire and changed to my spare. I called Quality Discount Tire and they were able to order my tire (I wanted to match the rest) and schedule me for an appointment the next day. They promptly installed the new tire, checked my tire pressure sensors and even put my spare tire and wrenches back. I was in and out in about 45 minutes and very happy with the result.”
“Ehren and Brad are amazing. When my Subaru got smashed by a hit and run driver, Dent Master was able to repair the damage for a whole lot less than a traditional body shop with no need for weeks long delay, rental cars and inconvenience. I’ve used them before, but never with this level of crunch….and with my original factory finished panel in tact. I can live with the hardly noticeable spider cracking on my bumper. Thanks!!”

“I went to several auto shops after I failed my emissions and they all wanted to charge me thousands of dollars. I put it off for years because I didn’t think I could afford it and kept getting the run around from bad shop owners. Tony, the owner explained a critter had gotten into my hood and chewed some wires and only charged me a couple hundred dollars for the repairs. He is the first honest repairmen I have found since I moved back to this area. Because of his honesty, I was able to afford some more work. I will always take my vehicle here from now on and I am so grateful to have found a mechanic who I can trust and talks straight. Thank you! ❤️”

“The Fairfax Auto Repair staff was very nice, courteous, and helpful, from Rebecca scheduling the service to Steve and Fernando explaining and fixing the check engine light problem that had been troubling my Lincoln MKC for a year that even Lincoln and another car service couldn't fix. They diagnosed and fixed my engine misfire problem by performing a camshaft and crankshaft relearn; and my car has been running smoothly ever since, and no more check engine light turning on. “I highly recommend this location. I was sitting in my car in a parking lot when I got hit. I've been driving for 20 years and it was my first accident, so I really didn't know what to expect. I called Caliber and scheduled the repair quickly... Dropped it off on a Monday and it was ready to pick up by Thursday! Couldn't believe it. They also work closely with the Enterprise car rental down the road and I was able to leave the rental there when I picked up my car. I received text updates daily, too, on the repair progress. Everyone working was also super nice. Not even two weeks after being hit, my car was back to normal. I hope I don't get in an accident again.....but if I do, I'd go here again!”

She was easy to communicate and handled everything with the insurance. After some hidden damages were found, she filed additional claim and processed it without much of involvement.
