“My friend ordered a birthday present for me to pick up. However, she wanted to keep it a surprise so I couldn’t provide the staff with any information on what they were looking for. Darryl worked extra hard and no one gave up on the search for my mysterious item. Everyone was courteous and patient as they looked in every corner and cabinet. I appreciate the dedication and care. Darryl was especially respectful as he realized that the item was created earlier in the day and knew it probably had sentimental value.
