Robert was amazing! He helped my grandmother get a new phone after many hours of unsuccessfully dealing with other Verizon wireless customer service reps (not at this location). Robert managed to honor the promotion the corporate store claimed could not be done in person. Robert was very patient and knowledgeable and we will continue to use him as our Verizon wireless representative.

I went in to the Verizon store to get pricing on a trade-in for two phones and walked out of the store with 2 iPads, 1 Apple Watch, and 2 iPhones 15 Pro. Mark was amazing and treated me like a celebrity! The manager of the store was very professional and met my every need. If there was 10 stars!

I stopped by the Verizon store at Dulles Town Center for assistance & I was greeted by Steve. When I advised him that I was “non-technical” he was very kind & patient with me. He answered all my questions & advised me of a fantastic deal on a phone upgrade. I ended up with a new phone & all possible rewards & discounts were applied. Steve was very helpful and took his time setting up our new phones and putting screen protectors and camera protectors on them as well . He really didn’t rush us and was very thorough in his work and looked to give us the best deals.

Horrible service from store manager Mark Jenkins. Completely screwed up the billing by not knowing how to add the discount for the 2 new phones we bought. 2 months later still fighting it out with Verizon to get our discount. $1200 lost due to this guy. Refused to return phone calls. His help said he was either at lunch or helping a customer. Too busy talking about his corvette instead of concentrating on the customers. 0 stars if I could.

I am a nurse and work with a lot of people daily. It is rare to see in healthcare and in phone service. Tonight I had an emergency needing to ensure my phone would be accessible. The store was almost closing. Multiple people were waiting. Steve moved like a jackrabbit from customer to customer myself included. Music played saying its the most wonderful time of the year. If more people were like him it would always be the most wonderful time of year. He is sharp quick kind and got us all taken care of. He treated everyone like a vip. He serves accolades and please train all stores to be like him. I almost didn't come in thinking I could go cheaper. I'm sold for Verizon as long as you have employees like him!

I'm very disappointed with the experience I had with this store. I am upset that it was not explained about how financing on my account and how trade-ins work. I do not blame the rep entirely since I found out he was new. There seems to be no proper training even though there was other reps in the store during this time. I wish I could go back and just kept my old device and not traded it in, it would have been the same thing as paying off a new device with the financing. (I had to call Verizon customer service to get more info and verify that). I ended up going back this weekend, hoping to get my family upgrades, just be told all this new information and that I lost some promo deal with my lines and now my monthly bill is going to go up. Now they just have a new phone to fix and resell, and I have a higher bill. Sad.

This location is BY FAR the best service I've EVER received from a phone provider. Why? 1. Purchase of 5 iPhones (15) was fast! IKR? Unbelievable! I was in, activated, and out quickly. 2. Santos was VERY knowledgeable about the PLANS and which would best work for our family (every penny counts). 3. We arrived at 745, the store closed at 8, and he stayed later to accommodate our last minute purchase. GO HERE AND ASK FOR SANTOS!
