I recently visited the Verizon store to transfer four lines from T-Mobile, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Steve Perez. Steve did an exceptional job throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and very attentive to our needs. The transfer went smoothly, and Steve ensured we understood every step. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made the experience enjoyable. I highly recommend asking for Steve if you visit this Verizon store. Thank you, Steve, for the outstanding service!

Switched over my business account from T-mobile to Verizon and Steve was very helpful, He was very knowledgeable about the promotions and made switching very easy . Highly recommend asking for him when visiting this location.

Robert was very knowledgeable and laid out everything in an easy to understand format. Fantastic customer service and a very friendly person! He was patient and helped us with multiple service needs. Other staff in the store were also friendly!

Hello. Mr. Ramos does excellent customer service. He is very friendly and is there to help the customer. I came in and was trying to work on my own account and also help my aunt pit with hers. Mr. Ramos was concerned that I was taken care of and very helpful. My Aunt and I are grateful ? for his help and I tell any one I know that going to the store he works in that it is a wounderful experience. Mr. Ramos is a 5 star ? employee. Sincerely a grateful customer of Verizon for over 19 years.

Steve! My mom and I had so many questions, and needed way more help than we expected. Steve was so patient and took the time to explain every step and helped us get as many discounts as possible. Came in for one phone and left with two!
