0 stars! The name “Thrifty” should’ve been my first red flag. The laundry list of problems I’ve experienced with this rental location is unbelievable. I will NEVER spend my hard earned money with them again.

Bad customer service and the employee didn’t honor the price matched which was made by customer service over phone even though it was noted on the system.
