“I can’t recommend this uBreakiFix location enough. I came in because my phone wouldn’t stay charging—it would start for a second and then stop. I tried the DIY route (toothpick and compressed air), but it didn't work. The team here had it fixed in less than five minutes using professional cleaning tools and, amazingly, didn't charge me a dime.
This wasn’t a one-off, either. They’ve helped me with a bizarre startup error before (fixed in minutes for free) and once saved a waterlogged phone with a screen replacement that made it look brand new. They are fast, honest, and clearly care about their customers.”

“Everything you need...first, they offered a very standard, easy to understand, and fair quote. Their area manager stayed in touch, made sure I was aware of the different store options. When I showed up, they took 5 or 7 minutes to inspect my phone, cleaned it thoroughly, and determined dirt was in the charging port, so no repair needed....NO COSTS, and honest.”
“This place makes the Apple Store seem like child’s play. I brought my phone thinking it was unrepairable with a fully cracked front screen and back. It wasn't aligned either. Within a day, it looked like a brand new phone without having to shell out $1000+ at an Apple Store to get replaced. Phenomenal service and store. Highly recommend.”

While my first experience with them was less than perfect, I recently got my phone back, and they did a good job. It was done in about 4 hours, and my screen is as good as new. Only problem I have is with organization, and miscommunication.”
“I read the bad review from “King Hotrod” and am totally confused by it. I dealt with Kamran, who is AMAZING. Kamran is a diamond in the rough. He’s will not do work on your TV, just to make a buck, when he KNOWS it’s not going to fix the problem. If the fix (and the commission you will have to pay him for doing the repair) cost MORE then buying a new TV, Kamran is going to tell you. Honestly, what more could you ask for from a guy whose job and income are DEPENDENT on doing the work?!? Unless “King Hotrod” dealt with someone other than Kamran, the problem was with King Hotrod, not Kamran. As long as I live here, I have found the person I’m going to call when I have a problem with my TV. It’s Kamran. If you’ve stumbled on this post because you’re looking for a TV repair guy, stop looking. You’ve found him. Honestly, I don’t leave a lot of reviews & I felt compelled to leave this one. He could have fixed what I THOUGHT was the problem & charged me. He would have made money. It wouldn’t have fixed the problem & because of this, he ended up not doing the work and more importantly, not getting a commission. I will recommend Kamran to everyone I know, which unfortunately, isn’t a lot. So that’s why I’m telling you. You’ve found the guy you want to work on your TV. Look not further.”

“Called them around 5:30 and repair person was at my house by 7 to replace my iphone screen that had stopped responding to touch and the work was done at a fair price, much less expensive than Apple wanted to charge. The repair took roughly 20 minutes and both service and communication was exceptional. I've saved their info in my contacts in the event that I need their services again. I would highly recommend.”
“This place has a wide selection of video games from throughout gaming history, and the majority of it looks to be in pretty good shape. They also have a lot of collectibles and merch for games and anime, many of which is kinda random but still cool. Only major problem I have is the location. It’s a bit hidden away in a random building in what looks like an Office park behind the Dulles Expo center. I honestly had to double check I was in the right place. If you’re really into gaming i recommend checking this place out, but use navigation to get there.”
