They tried to scam me for a big scratch that was there when I picked up the car, they claimed I caused it. I got no list of known damages when picking up the car but fortunately I took pictures at pickup, make sure you take photos of all damages you find before leaving the lot (Dollar, Thrifty and Hertz is the same facility)

To facilitate multiple people in a vehicle, I asked my friend Sammar at the front desk to help me out, and he kindly got us into a more comfy vehicle. Highly recommend Dollar

Very convenient to get to. However, there is always a line so I would do the self service via APP
