“Regency Moving and Storage were very helpful and professional throughout the entire moving process. Mr. Krug came out prior to the move and gave us a fair estimate, and then on moving day everyone showed up on time and ready to go! We were very pleased overall with the service they provided and how friendly the movers were. I recommend this company!”
“Reservation was easy to do online, but you should still call to insure that they got your reservation. Gabe at the front was honest with his answers and was very trustworthy, after paper work, he showed me to the storage and let me pick from what was available. The prices are super reasonable and they also have a promotion going for the first 2 months. We had to move in a hurry and having the unit made everything much easier. They close at 9pm which was the only bumber as I had more help at night. Overall a great experience and may keep the unit even after just for the convenience of it. You also get referral credit, so lol day I referred you ?”

“I'm revising my previous post. Vic, many thanks for coming through today and for the past few days. You've been most accommodating, in every way. You've kept in constant contact with me. You arranged my transfer with masterfulness. You dotted every "i" and crossed every "t"!! I appreciate your thoughtfulness in correcting a wrong.This establishment was better when they were operated by EZ storage. I was told that I needed to make an appointment to downsize my unit. I made the appointment. I showed up for the appointment. The business was closed. I called, no answer. I went by later in the day. The business was still closed. There was no sign on the door indicating why they were closed. I called the 800 number to inquire. They were clueless. But they still wanted me to make another appointment for this transfer. All they kept saying was that they had escalated my call to the district manager. It takes that person 24 hours to contact me. They only have a few smaller units left. Your customer service is subpar and your associates are unprofessional.”
“I would just like to say that Mike has the most awesome customer service I have ever experienced he has the patience and the kindness for all of his customers I have never experienced such a wonderful person. You call him about your bills and then he makes you feel like family Mike is an asset to any company and I would love to have him on my team if I was an employer thanks for a job well done.”
“This is a very clean, secure, and convenient facility. Staff is mostly friendly and accommodating. The manager is great!Prices go up pretty quickly after your stuff is stored though. Becomes expensive! They cld use a dumpster as theres no place for any trash.”
