“I'm revising my previous post. Vic, many thanks for coming through today and for the past few days. You've been most accommodating, in every way. You've kept in constant contact with me. You arranged my transfer with masterfulness. You dotted every "i" and crossed every "t"!! I appreciate your thoughtfulness in correcting a wrong.This establishment was better when they were operated by EZ storage. I was told that I needed to make an appointment to downsize my unit. I made the appointment. I showed up for the appointment. The business was closed. I called, no answer. I went by later in the day. The business was still closed. There was no sign on the door indicating why they were closed. I called the 800 number to inquire. They were clueless. But they still wanted me to make another appointment for this transfer. All they kept saying was that they had escalated my call to the district manager. It takes that person 24 hours to contact me. They only have a few smaller units left. Your customer service is subpar and your associates are unprofessional.”
