“Initial installation of one bathroom which was a two-day installation had to be rescheduled because too many workers called in sick. Manager made the installer come next day to install the bathroom in one day instead of the planned two-day installation.Second bathroom was a one-day installation but wound up being two-days because measurements taken my technician were incorrect and installer had to return to warehouse two times to get correct cut materials”

“Seriously the best!! I spent 3 weeks searching for a replica diverter valve for my shower. 2 plumbing supply stores, lowes, Home Depot, and ace hardware. I was recommended this store and went today. He spent about 30 minutes or more searching through catalogs for a replica. Turns out my diverter is using two different brands together. We couldn't find a replica so he gave me some washers to try and said if they don't work he could send my valve out of state for me to get it checked out. The washers ended up working!!! Seriously 3 weeks of pain searching for this and I can finally use my shower lol. Amazing company!”

“We hired M3 to renovate our master bathroom. Al and crew completed what is now one of the coziest rooms in our home. They built out the exact design we had in mind. Had to stay connected day over day with construction but they were always accommodating of changes in details - tile orientation, baseboards, tub placement, outlets placement, etc. We had an issue with the heated floors but Al kept on it and we got it solved with the Ditra person's help. Thanks guys.”

“Personal, complete service. Dave spent all the time needed with me even through a couple of my requested design changes. Dave worked with me and my contractor on getting the right materials and on the design. Everything was on time and exactly as needed for our contractor to put it all together. We were putting cabinets in a basement apartment which had nothing but a wet bar when we moved in. We're very pleased and it's been three months since the work was completed. Reico had been recommended by our contractor. I plan to use them on my next phase also.”
