“I came in for a particular metal box spring, but they didn’t sell them. The conversation could have end there, but I’m glad it didn’t. I was impressed with the knowledge of Wahid on not only the pros and cons of seeking an alternative frame to meet my physical needs, but the fact he wasn’t trying to push me “into a sale”! He was very professional and relatable (to the spinal issues I have). He gave me a bit of “homework” to check the tags of my old and new mattress (purchased two months prior), something I regrettably never paid attention and a video for some exercises to try. Again, Wahid has a much wisdom. This was not any ordinary sale I’ve experience before. I came back the following day, and purchased an adjustable base! I have no doubt that this is another great investment made, and I definitely will consider returning here in the future!”

“20 stars, at least!!!!! This is a multi-generational family-owned business with the workshop on-sight. They provide exceptional expertise in all things furniture. I saw many examples of exquisite reupholstering, repair, refinishing, and more, at their place of business. I needed new custom cushion inserts for my couch (which was a costly investment 20 years ago). They gave me an excellent education as to the type of material they could use and helped me select just the right one (and it wasn't the most expensive option). I was stunned at the spectacular quality of workmanship, and my couch is good as new! I'm telling all my friends, "Don't go anywhere else'!”

We had no idea what kind of bed we wanted but we knew what we needed.Mr Naveed the store manager and his assistant Annikka were really helpful and patient and not pushy at all like most mattress places. They took the time to show us and explain the different beds to us until we finally made our decision and brought 2 beds.This is what I call exceptional customer service.Thank you so much, I am so happy with their service and would highly recommend them. “Just visited Mattress Warehouse for the first time in Woodbridge, Va and I had the BEST experience and customer service from Mazhar. He was so patient explaining all the different mattresses and bed frames and how the comfort level would work for each person. There were many bed frames to choose from but he helped me to narrow it down to what would be best for my family’s sleep pattern/ likes and dislikes.
