“My old 12pro phone started taking a dump so I had to upgrade to the new 15pro, Steven helped me out, he was extremely nice and got me back on track with what is essentially a life line for my job! He even helped me pick out a new case that was perfect for me and a new screen protector (as a mom this is a must!) it was a seamless transition as my phone was already backed up (I knew it was important to do before switching over to a new phone so we didn’t have to sit and wait for it when getting the new phone set up) I’m back in business and loving my new phone!
