“The price and service were really good. The only issue was that when I arrived I was told that the computer had automatically cancelled my appointment because my tires had not arrived. I showed the staff the email I had received saying that they had arrived the day before and the staff physically looked and, voila, my tires were there. They immediately created a new appointment and got my Jeep in with only a moderate delay, but it was an error that should never have happened.”
