“From the moment you walk in the door to going back to the patient rooms you and your pets are treated with kindness, respect, compassion, and love. The people who work at Sully take the time to facilitate positive interactions with your pets especially and make your visit comfortable, happy, relaxed, and quick. I used to live in Centreville and I've taken my family pets there and now our two dogs. We've seen multiple vets and interacted with a lot of the vet techs and the experience is always positive. They follow-up visits with genuine and sincere phone calls and texts checking in on your pets. They spend time making our nervous dog feel comfortable which is huge in making the experience less taxing for him and instead fun. They take time to socialize with our puppy. They answer ALL of our questions no matter how big or small, and trust me I often have a lot as a very mindful pet owner. They are responsive to emails and listen to your concerns. We drive an hour to get to Sully and so that should also show how much we appreciate them and what they do. Truly grateful for Sully and their staff.”
“Never been a huge fan of the Longhorns in my area. Close to the hotel in Fairfax, VA so decided to try it. EXCELLENT! Wings were hot and delicious. Steak was tender and cooked perfectly. Service was exceptional. Definitely will return. Great job !”

“Update 5/19/2024: still a great place to shop for reasonable prices and decent product selection.
Update 3/18/2024: for the time since my last update, Food Lion has improved 100%. There's always plenty of cash registers open and now they're open until 11:00 but you have to use self checkout which is fine by me. The employees are very helpful and will ask you if you need help. The prices are still the best in the area.
Update 12/15: Horrible night checking out at Food Lion. No registers were open, only self checkout. I was the second person waiting for self checkout to clear. Unfortunately people were self checking out with full carts and taking their sweet old time. This is ridiculous, especially when a cashier started checking out a few people without his light on, which means he's not open. Now wouldn't you know people waiting mobbed his register which left me waiting for an a woman with a full cart left and an older couple who had no idea how to use the self checkout. Finally, there were three employees at the front watching us get frustrated with this kind of service. Awful, Food Lion dropped 2 stars tonight.
Update 10/15: still a great store for low prices. 16 oz box of FL Brand elbow macaroni is $0.99 while Giant a short walk down the street charges $1.29. Store is always well staffed compared to ita competitors. Limited selection of items may not be good for everyone. [END]
While every time I stand slack-jawed, dumbfounded, shocked, and extremely disheartened at the price increases at Giant, Harris Teeter, and Safeway, I keep in mind that Food Lions prices is 25% cheaper for the products my family buy. Food Lion has been the only way for my family to eat healthy and save money to pay for my kids' hockey and figure skating. As people with teenaged boys can attest to, my kids' appetite increases have devastated my finances. Luckily, I have a local Food Lion with prices that make me feel like its the good old days of 2020. God love it, we miss those days. What more do I need to say. The store is clean, well stocked, and adequately staffed which compared to it competitors make this a five star business. Hey Food Lion, don't make me regret my kind review. Unfortunately, we have another 2.5 years of this until we have a chance to put things right after things went South in early 2021.”
“Very good Harris Teeter, awesome staff. Samara is the best Self-cashier manager, she pays attention and fixes stuff immediately, so very impressed with her. She’s told her she was the best at it bc so far she’s been the most efficient and effective I’ve seen in that self cashier area.”

I was once urgently needing to get some beetroots. The Asian gentleman working their did not understand much English, but he had me speak into his phone with a translator app and then understood and took me to where the were. I also received good service from Fatima.”

“This pharmacy came recommended by my dermatologist (whose office is on the same block). My doctor had only good things to say about Stone Springs so I decided to try it out... I called them on a Tues afternoon about my Rx, gave them my insurance info, and picked up the Rx 10 min later. They were responsive, friendly, and transparent about the prescription price - since many insurers do *not* cover this skincare product, the staff auto- applied a coupon reducing the price from about $700 to a more manageable $75. That was a huge help (and Idk about you, but I'm not looking to spend 700 on one medication).”

“I just spent my first time at Wegmans and let's just say I was wonderstruck, definitely not your typical Trader Joe's. There were many options to eat for a meal and I found most of them fairly enjoyable before I began my shopping. It was busy but I couldn't be one to judge because of the nearing thanks giving. People were friendly and helpful and I see myself going there again, definitely recommend. For anyone looking for cons I will say it was overwhelming at first, so many options and information in your face all at once. TBH reminded me of a Cheesecake Factorys menu because of this.”

The gentleman at the register walked over to make sure they had what I wanted (I’ve never had someone check to see if I was satisfied with their water selection), but it was fantastic customer service.
