Adwoa is amazing! I have a compound and my insurance is a nightmare to try to get reimbursement. Adwoa is super patient and has gone above and beyond in providing the information my insurance requests. There is always a real person who answers the phone (unlike major retailers) and they are all friendly and helpful!

With nationwide shortages of many prescriptions, doctors are telling patients to call around to pharmacies to ask if they have them. Person who answered the phone was very rude and snapped something about needing prescriptions then hung up while I was speaking.

Not bad, not amazing, cordial staff, good place for vaccinations, but holidays seem to be hit or miss. Can't tell if they're closed until you run into the locked door, and successfully scheduling an appointment online isn't an indicator.
