“Called these guys pretty upset after being treated horribly elsewhere and I will never regret it! Not only was I treated with respect and empathy over the phone, they were also able to schedule me a week out. I advised him of the noises coming from what I thought was the front driver's side wheel bearings of my class C RV and that I was worried one broke but I was parked and secure. He advised me up front of the different possibilities of time frames based on possible issues and of his hourly rate. Appointment day came and him and his guys were just as respectful and courteous in person. Turns out the inner back wheelwas flat and rubbing on its outer wheel. One hour later and a replacement tire and I've been fine ever since. As a single widow with PTSD it is absolutely imperative I feel safe, comfortable and not taken advantage of and these guys checked all boxes. Definitely using them for all future needs and would highly recommend. 10 stars.Service: Tires”
“The team at Ballenger’s always comes through for us, and for a reasonable price. At one point, they saved us over $2K by replacing an inexpensive air conditioning switch instead of replacing the whole system like other shops wanted to do. Our a/c is still running great years later.”

“Our insurance company referred us to Caliber Collision and we are very happy with the results and the quick turnaround.
We were headed out of town for a few days and dropped the car off before we left. We did not expect it to be completed by the time we returned but Caliber actually completed the repairs while we were still out of town. Very quick turn around and we didn't have to spend the extra money on a rental.
We were also kept up to date on how the repairs were coming along and received several text updates throughout the process.

“I owned a 2006 Ford F250 that I bought off a lot in Winchester Virginia. I should've known better than to purchase this vehicle, as it was purchased by me with a rejection inspection sticker. I was so upset about this purchase, and was trying to get a dear friend to help me fix it. Combs wrecker service came to the rescue for me, towed my vehicle to my friends shop, and I got to watch it being taken off the flatbed, with ease, with professionalism, courtesy, and kind and friendly service. I was not charged any money to have this vehicle towed, as it is partnered with the mechanic shop it was towed to. I will never forget the company, its employees and i will always refer my clients to this company, and only this company. This company is a family, locally owned and operated company that serves a lot of VA. My favorite thing about this business, is that it is Woman owned.”

Recently they replaced the ball joints and it drives like a new car.
