“Did a very good job of communicating. The computer was repaired and now works. When I initially brought the computer in I informed them that it had software on it that my son needed for his coding class. The part arrived on a Thursday, we turned the computer in on a Friday. On Saturday we stopped by and there was issues with the part. They quickly ordered a second part on Monday. It arrived on Tuesday and they were able to repair it without issue and get the computer returned on Wednesday. All and all good work, the issue was outside of their control. Thanks for your service.”
