“I’ve traveled all over Virginia, and this Burlington in Chesterfield is by far the BEST one I’ve shopped in. Everything was clean, organized, and easy to find, none of the clutter you usually run into at other locations. I was greeted at the door by the store manager, who was so kind and even asked if I needed a basket. When I got to checkout, she offered me the rewards card, and the rest of the staff were just as friendly and helpful. Truly the best Burlington I’ve seen in years. Highly recommend! Go Shop!”

“I used to like Ross for the dress sale. They don't seem to be having many dresses but I can always find one piece here and there to add to my wardrobe. I always go through the Arts and Crafts section as well as the kitchen section. And changing my living room I tend to pull it together from various searches so Ross is one of my first go to places and then I'll go to Home Goods. Before purchasing the furniture and knowing what colors I wanted to use I found accessories and rugs for pop of color. I refuse to return them even when I had to return the furniture but fam what I really want it in the same color so the rugs will work and the pillows as well. I've been fortunate over the years to find some really good things”
“This is the best store around Richmond! The customer service I have experience is for out the best! I must praise Mario, the store assistant supervisor! He is very helpful when myself and my kid come in to look for items or just look at the new inventory! He always ensure the store is cleaned and organized ! This is the best Citi Trends; ask for Mario he is a wonderful help if you need help on the floor!”
“I have the best experience ever shopping/browsing here! Environment holds up to the standards of a metaphysical-ish store! Employees are AMAZING!!! Sweetest individuals ever. I went today, because you usually have a good clearance section, and upon immediately entering, a young woman complimented my fiancé and I’s pants. This same woman is usually on shift every time we come in too. As corny as it may sound, most have no idea the kind of positive impact something seemingly small can make on ones day/life. Every interaction feels so genuine and not just purely based on customer service protocols. Lovely employees, lovely store. ✨”

“Went to get a couple of things, but that's not what happened. Had to search through the racks to find the correct size, but they had a huge selection to choose from. The toys on the tables were a mess, but the price was cheaper . Pocket books had a good selection to choose from. They did open another line when they saw the first line was long. Had a nice conversation with my cashier.”
“Burlington has been around for a long time.
They carry home decor, clothes for men, women and children, cosmetics, and kitchen utensils. You can find some really cool items at Burlington and some name brands like Fila, Ecko, BeBe just to name a few and they are in several cities across the US.”

I did get a chance to walk the sales floor and it appeared more like an off-the-rack store and less like a clothing depot, referring to some visits in the past. I encountered the staff members who were all very polite and helpful.”
“Yesterday was my first time shopping at Zumiez and when I say I never had good retail customer experience until yesterday…. The customer service was superb. Kaela the associate really impressed me when I was purchasing the True Religion two piece set. She helped me find a size that would not only fit but complimented my figure. “First time at this location. The parking lot was clean. The inside was nice and cool. Even though clothes were being displayed the isles were clear of clutter. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The dressing room was tidy. The sale prices were as advertised. The check out clerk was so friendly.”

“I needed a blazer last minute and happened to already be at the mall. I was looking for something specific—and just like that, I walked into JD MENZ and found the perfect shiny blazer in my size! There was only one staff member in the store, but he was incredibly attentive and helpful. I even ended up leaving with a shirt as well, all at a very reasonable price. I’ll definitely be coming back to grab that belt next time! Maybe I caught them on a good day, or maybe it was just the good energy I brought in—but either way, if you're at the mall, definitely stop by and check them out!”

“The store is kind of cramped because they need to fit a lot in a smaller space. American Eagle has been in Southpark Mall for a long time now and seems to do well. The jeans are my sons favorite. This last visit we did not speak to anyone that worked there but usually they greet you and ask if you need any help. Usually very helpful.”

“When I'm looking for winter gloves, winter coats, workout apparel or business casual clothing, this is one of my go to stores. Regardless of the time of year, they have a decent selection. Right now, January 2024, there are slim pickings for men's and women's winter gloves and even less options for beanies. I was able to find a few items and even though there was only one cashier, the checkout process went quickly. I'll continue to shop them for most of my winter needs.”

“I went in today for a sweater that I found & couldn’t wait in the line bc my twin babies (enough said) so I was walking out & handed the sweater to a man that worked there and said can you please put this away- I can’t wait in that line and he said I can help you out with that line if that’s the issue and opened up another register and cleared the line for me. I have been to so many other stores where there are way more employees just standing around and not willing to help (so I just give up-my life is way too busy run) and every time I come in to this store I have a positive experience with the employees. It makes me happy:). And I bet H&M hq would be happy too!!!”
“The best location. The manager at the Midlothian store did not help the two cashiers at all. She was in the jewelry section working with stock. We were in line for 15 minutes and more than ten people behind us. The Willow Lawn location is junky and dirty. I found more products in the back of the store that was hanging up waiting to be put out in the desired departments. At least I got first choice. The older lady on the register with a ton of make-up on is good at her job but she is rude. The best location is on Brook Rd near VA. Center Commons. I told this to the short pretty African American Mgr. I think she is an area manager or something to that nature. It was on her name tag. She said she is told that a lot.”
