“I went into Cato
at the recommendation of a woman whom I had seen wearing one of their outfits. I have not worn dress clothes for a very, very long time. So shopping for new clothes I was very nervous in doing this because I didn't think that I was going to find anything that was my type of clothing or shall I say style which I didn't even know my own style really. But let me tell you, I ran into the manager of the store in Chester, her name is Demeka. Not only does this woman have a wonderful personality. She brought me all of these pieces of clothing, and she waited on me hand and foot. I told her that I had been wearing jeans and t-shirts for a very long time and I just didn't know what to pick out. I kept trying on everything she was bringing me, and I absolutely loved it and even down to the shoes. I am so grateful for this woman of God. God definitely placed her in the correct place at the correct time just for me and more than likely for all the other customers that she has attended to. Thank you so much for making my visit the first one ever a very successful one you went above and beyond in the customer service department. I hope and pray you get promoted, young lady. To the district manager, although it would take you away from me and all the customers there at the store. You truly are a remarkable exceptional manager. Thank you for your kindness. Thank you for helping me choose all these beautiful pieces of clothing and shoes that came from this store that you manage. I most definitely recommend this store to all the ladies. Whether you are traveling through or you live locally, you need to stop in this store. Especially if you don't know what to pick for your own self, these women are dedicated to helping you find what's fit for you.I could go on and on. “There were 2 ladies in the store that I am reviewing. The lady that ended up being able to help me was very understanding and explained the normal return policy which I 100% understood. The shoes I had purchased were anything but slip resistant, which I needed for work. I knew that returning worn shoes was not typically allowed but I could 100% not wear these in the kitchen that I worked at. She understood my concern and said she would honor this 1 time exchange. I was very appreciative of her for this. The heavy set lady there on the other hand, was not very happy that I needed to exchange these shoes. She pretty much barked at me and her facial expression definitely showed she was very annoyed with my request. She showed my husband the same attitude when he originally tried to exchange the shoes for me earlier in the week bc he is an officer in chesterfield so it was easier for him to go on his lunch break to attempt this. The heavy set lady was very rude to him as well. I am glad they have some great workers at this store to make up for the very grumpy one . Thanks again to the lady that helped me! I hope your coworker is not this grumpy towards her staff as she was towards her customers.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I came here to buy myself Crocs, my 1 year old loves them and I didn't know they came in her size. She was having a bit of a meltdown while in the store and the saleswoman showed me Crocs in her size which helped her calm down a bit.

Yes I spent more money than I planned, but the saleswoman really made both my day and my daughter's day with those Crocs.”
