“I love the shoe department in SouthPark Mall. They have all varieties of shoes for men and women and children. They have boots / tennis shoes/ dress shoes/ work boots/ socks and much more. They run good sales all the time and they have a very good clearance section. They have a wide variety of shoes in their clearance section. They have plenty of friendly staff in the store. They are very willing to help you find anything you need. It is in a great location inside of South Park Mall. It is a very clean store. I bought one of my favorite pair of boots at this store and I wear them everyday. I give them five stars. I highly recommend the shoe department encore.”

“Everyone will have a different experience while shopping. Shopping here my first experience was so-so and my second was very good. My third visit was outstanding. I will say I browse and get a feel for a store before I buy anything. Every customer service representative is not nice, very helpful or ready to give a great shopping experience. That's why each of my visits had different reps and were at different times of the day each time. One visit the store was empty of customers. Another it was packed and my last was half full. Some of the prices are very high and other's are reasonable. It really depends on what you're looking for and how much you're willing to spend. I'm a shoehead so I don't need much help but someone else may need help. It is really a store for someone with shoe experiences that would make you a true fiend of loving shoes in which means if it's something you want price is not an object.”
