“I had an issue with my phone messaging, I googled followed the instructions, nothing, I called Verizon the representative was with me for about 2 hrs, we tried everything, rebooting, restarting, clearing cache etc etc even with a technician then they finally said I must go in person. I asked some coworkers at my job that are tech savvy & nothing. So I stopped by at a phone kiosk in a store, they knew nothing on how to fix it, so I finally went to this Verizon & I explained to this young lady my situation & how I didn't want to lose the piks & videos of my family I had in my messages because I hadn't downloaded them. I was beyond frustrated, saddened & exhausted & in disbelief that not one single person could correct it. She was as surprised as me when I showed her... Well low & behold she turned out to be a Tech Wiz. She did this & that & VUALAAA. Problem solved in less than 5 minutes.
