The woman was helping a customer to my right and was extremely thorough and kind to the customer. The male who helped me was extremely kind and held good conversation. My rental was cleaned and ready for me within 5 minutes of being served. Thank you for great customer service!”

She was pleasant while explaining all the information to me.With all the extra rental service fees that sometimes arise she kept it as simple and fair as she could. I also noticed she did the same to customers before and after me!I even had issues with my last day in Chester with changing work related meetings, she listened and came out with a perfect solution to making sure I made it to airport.Oh yes and my vehicle was sharp, clean, and performed fabulous!Thanks again you two!”
