It is slow and when you have a problem with home delivery you can only address it at your local office even though ours is extremely slow and very busy and understaffed. The post office I did go to was great friendly staff and very helpful with the information I needed

They gave wrong information regarding change of address. Not happy. They should have known and told me that I needed to complete a form and mail it to Richmond, VA. My mail wasn't forwarded for 2 weeks due to this error.

Recieved an early morning delivery today,different from our normal time frame.Driver placed package neatly on porch chair,and even put our newspaper on the porch.First class employee!!Merry Christmas,and thanks!!
