“I initially called two weeks prior to my appointment that was on 3/11/25 to get a quote on four 40k mile tires. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely polite and very helpful! He went out of his way to help me get the best price possible, which I really appreciated. I got to the store promptly at 10am, my appointment time. I was greeted warmly and checked in quickly. He wasn't sure how long it would take for my car but thought it would be a few hours. Since I wasn't waiting there I asked him to call me when it was finished. He ended up calling at 12:41 and told me it was ready. There was some confusion on the amount I was due to pay for some reason but we got it all sorted out with no issues. Everyone in there was very professional and friendly to me. My car was returned in clean condition, the tires had the proper inflation and the tires look awesome! I highly recommend NTB for your tires and maintenance.”

“Had to go out of town for a family emergency earlier this week 11/6. I knew that I needed new tires and and oil change. Under the circumstances and due to it being last minute, I was expecting to have to pay a lot for these services. Now, I've been coming to this shop for over 15 years. The service have always been great. This time the service was exceptional!!! I was helped by Travis. I briefly explained my situation and he did his magic!!!! He did everything possible to make sure that while on my travels, it would be as safe as reasonably possible. I got the best rated tires in the shop, an oil change, all fluids topped and some other services for the greatest price anyone could ever imagine. All these services were provided and my vehicle was in and out the door in about an hour. I have never felt safer on the road, especially traveling with my adult daughter and three grandkids.
