“Dan was very patient and knowledgeable. I came in looking for consumer cellular as my phone had shut off right after I was give an address where they set my new service up on my Samsung. Trying to find the address in Greenbriar Pkwy of 1316 was like hunting a needle in a hay stack. I saw ATT and went in cause I had been told CC bounced off their towers .Dan came up right away and I told him my problem. He helped me to get the right service and took awhile to get my pin from CC..very good customer service. I did not get the new Samsung. I kept my old and I got hooked up. Good people and good service”
