I was returning something I purchased online. They gave me a hard time because it wasn't purchased in the store and also because I used PayPal. Their customer service when you call them is much better. They do have nice items and good prices.

This is a great store for your home decor. A good selection especially if you're looking for a more classic/farm/rustic feel. Service is friendly.
