This is a wonderful opportunity to share, it is always a joy in going into CVS. Very polite and cordial and always friendly. We need more of this everywhere.

No one else in line; 4 people behind the counter: I was instructed to go to 3 different windows to have my question answered and my prescription filled. Personnel acted as though they were on a “power trip”. No smiles or greetings.
