The manager was so helpful I switched service providers...well added on one because since I've had my cricket phone things have been moving great...data wise. Super fast speed internet 5G!

Got me set up super quick. Friendly knowledgeable staff that went a little further than she had to. New sim card wasn't working so she pulled the one out of her phone to test. Verified it wasn't the phone and replaced it right then. Didn't try to make excuses. She made it work. Good on her.

Staff is very helpful and professional, was having issues with my other service, they assisted in me switching my service and assisted with all my questions on my new phone. Great service, would recommend this location to everyone. Thanks for all the help.
