“I dropped off my most recent project car, a 1989 Lincoln Town car signature series to get a little makeover.
The gentleman (sadly I do not remember his name) at the front desk was super informative and transparent Annie the process and expectations, giving me multiple quotes for different levels of service.
My car was ready within 3 working days, and came out much better than I expected. I will be returning to this location with another vehicle within the next couple months as well. I'm beyond satisfied with the quality of customer service and craftsmanship”

Although I wasn’t happy with the outcome, the team remained professional and kept me updated on when they would assess the vehicle.
One thing to note is that they only communicated with the insurance company and did not offer any advice or alternative options directly to me. However, they allowed me to collect my personal items without any hassle and worked quickly so my vehicle wasn’t just sitting in their lot.
In the end, I left without a vehicle and had to purchase a new car, which was frustrating. While the process was smooth in terms of communication and efficiency, I would have appreciated more guidance on possible options.”

“Aside from them always seeming to have what my husband is looking for or needs, I went in for the first time today (09/21/24)and for the ladies, I can say, the bathroom is very clean(trust me), smells good, and fully stocked. In the vending area they have an ice cream vending machine among the others! Nice clean place with knowledgeable, friendly employees”
