“Hubby was looking for body shop and was recommended Fischer's Auto Body by a good friend and we are so glad he did.This company is locally owned and has been in business for 34years. It was great to meet the owner Keith and their bookkeeper (who I wished I had gotten her name). They were both very personable and felt like friends after meeting them to pick up our car.They handled the additional part with our insurance company that to needed to be done that was not included in the original estimate. Communication was great and they did an awesome repair job.I highly recommend them for any of your auto body repair.”

“Recently got a new (to me) car and somebody did a hit and run at a restaurant parking lot, scratching up the front left end. I bought the car with a fairly deep scratch on the right rear side. Mike did the repair of the front for $500 - WELL under half of what the big chain repair shops quoted me. All of the workers I encountered were friendly and helpful. When I showed him to scratch on the right back end of the car, he said he'd paint it too - for just another $100, which I can guarantee was the lowest price in town. I didn't know anyone, personally, who had used the shop. I took a chance on this small business because of the yelp reviews. He absolutely did not disappoint. Would hundred percent recommend him. A friend came with me and showed him some scratches on her car, asking for a quote and he told her it could just be rubbed out. She didn't need a paint job. So he does good work for less, AND is honest.”

If you want a proper wax-based undercoating with rust inhibitors, then get your truck to Beach Undercoating and get a lifetime undercoat on your truck ASAP!”

“I’ve always struggled to find a reliable, honest and communicative place to get a state inspection and oil change done. I found Bay Old Dominion at Yelp and scheduled an appointment with them. To my surprise, I found the best service l've had in years. E.T. was awesome! I was worried because my vehicle’s inspection is about to expire and he told me that VA has a 4 month grace period for expired inspection stickers and even wrote it at the back of his business card just in case I have to go inside a military base. They are very accommodating! These people seem to genuinely value their costumers situation and time. I’m so happy I found them.Thanks you!”

“Shop is the most economical for quality work in town. Don't believe me verify for yourself. Multiple repeat customers. he has done work o. two cars for me. Owner is so considerate and is a true gentleman. He takes on jobs from people in the community, they love him. The shop is packed with lots of folks coming to him. if you have a quick job mechanical they'll get to it fast. He prioritizes on insurance jobs so if you come in for self pay they will do it however if there's a lot of insurance jobs. He'll give you a reasonable timeline. Does an excellent job!!”

“If you need any work done on your car and you live in the Norfolk VA area go to this shop. I was rear ended on May 28th and filed a claim with Progressive Insurance Co on line. That is when my insurance nightmare began. The people at MAZZELL &RAYS have been fighting the battle with me since day one, and it has been a battle but through their diligence and persistence we finally won. Today is September15.
