Toby (manager) helped us out and he went above and beyond for us. I screwed up royally and he helped me fix it. It wasn't in his job description but he did it all. I'm very thankful for his help I am happy I switched to att.

The employees at this location were friendly, fast, and efficient. They followed procedures (I wasn’t initially an authorized user so ai had to leave and come back after it was corrected) and when I returned they remembered me and why I was there the second time. Great customer service!

I had a great experience! The manager Toby was so helpful and patient with explaining all of my options very clearly along with all of the employees. Very nice people!
