The repair took about a week or more to complete. We did get a 10% discount due to the delay which was nice. Given that it was there long, just sitting, it would have been nice to get the car back and cleaned up a bit like other auto repair places have done for us in other locations. Even the windshield was dirty on the drivers side. Your charges are very high so that seems to be the least you could do in return for your customers.

Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. I have visited many dealerships in the past month and none of them made me feel as respected as Flow VW. I appreciate that the financial part of the transaction was straightforward. I said what I could afford and what I could put down and the salespeople gave me a quote that matched my needs the first time. There wasn't any back and forth or "special deals" or other silliness that I found at other dealerships. I also appreciated that Eddie, my main salesperson, texted with me as that's the easiest form of communication for my life.

The worst new car dealer that I have ever experienced. I tried to purchase several new Gerrman cars there in the past few months and was completely ignored or insulted. Not sure how they stay in busibess.

Prompt, responsive customer service. I appreciated the transparency regarding the pricing etc. The sales consultant Omari Minor and the manager Stockton Worden were both very helpful. Stockton in particular went out of his way to make sure my requests were honored and that I was satisfied with the final price agreement.

I was so excited to get my first electric vehicle. Omari was great helping me to lease the car, but it seems once they had my money, the service stopped.I purchased a roof rack and charging cables the day I bought my car and was told they would be in within a few days. that was on July 1, 2023. I was also told someone would reach out to see how my vehicle was to you schedule my second delivery. No one ever called. It’s the end of September. I’ve called so many times and either get voicemail or talk to a woman who told me she forwarded my request to the service department. I’ve left so many messages and never received a response.I physically went to Flow VW to ask for my charging cables, and did receive them, but was told they would reach out about the roof rack-still haven’t heard anything.I’m extremely disappointed in Flow VW’s customer service.

Never answer phone for service dept. After 10 min, option to leave phone number for return call. Waited 6 hours after no returned call and service dept closed. Not the 1st time this has happened.

I have been happy with the service I have ordered - including rotation of the tires. It seems the computer has not been reset for the tire pressure and I had a tire pressure warning coming on. The first for me, and I had been quite concerned. I couldn't reach anybody at your service department (Don has been calling me back several hours later - thanks for that). In the meanwhile I have been debating if I need a towing car, etc. - Some research on the internet pointed out, that after rotation of the tires, the pressure has to be reset. I have checked all the tires and made sure, that they have the same pressure. After that, I reset the pressure on the dash. It seems, that did the job. The light didn't come on anymore. I'm relieved now, I have learned something, but I think that all could have been prevented by the service department.

The salesman Omari was great so he is the reason I gave them a 2 otherwise I would give a 1 star rating. I picked up my car well over a month ago and the person that was putting on the license plate frame screwed up and made holes in my rear bumper. I don’t feel it’s a new car anymore. I still haven’t gotten my car fixed. The manager, Howard answers my call sometimes but other times he sends me to voicemail and doesn’t return my calls. I really need my new bumper. I was told it arrived last week and had to be painted and that mid week they call me to bring my car in. This whole I have not received any calls . I am the one that has to call for updates. The only calls if any I got was to get me to buy the car. I am really disappointed in how I am being treated. I am not stupid and held off on this survey since I wanted to see how long it would take for them to respond. I think for my services I will have to go to another VW dealer so I don’t have any other issues. I would like my bumper replaced as soon as possible. Please fix the situation.

This was my first visit to Flow. I dropped my car off at 8:45 AM for a 20k mile service, state inspection, and a recall. Like any other regular service appointment I have made in the last 20 years, I expected to have my car back that day. At 2:54 PM, I was informed that the techs were busy and had not yet looked at my car and would not get to it that day. I was shocked and had to make alternative arrangements for transportation as a result. My service rep, Don, was very helpful - he was not the problem. The problem seemed to be with how you manage staffing and workflow. I am not sure I will return to Flow as a result.

Service is very slow even with appointment. Waited two hours for an oil change and 30 min additional to be checked out when i made my appointment over a week ahead of time. I've gone to other vw dealership and never waited even a full hour. Both times I have been here they have tried to tell me I need things like break pads or filter changes that I did not need when I took it to another VW dealership to be evaluated. On my list of reasons to be happy to leave charlottesville, is that i'll be close to a different vw dealership to service my car now, that I imagine has to be better than this one.

Samuel Kessler went above and beyond of what I expected! He made the whole process enjoyable and stress free! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that I was looking at and answered all of my questions with ease. He made sure to go out of his way to find the vehicle that accommodated my family the best. I would recommend him to anyone who was on the fence about taking that leap into buying a new car.

I took my car in because my sunroof was malfunctioning. We’d applied a plastic bag over it with tape over it to protect the interior. We changed the tape multiple times over the week with no issue. During the appointment they came out to tell my spouse that paint damage had already happened and asked if we wanted to continue. My spouse said yes we wanted it fixed so they did. My car came back with large chunks of paint removed so I called to tell them I expected them to fix it. Don Johnson told me he was not responsible and would not be fixing it because he asked my spouse if he could continue after paint had already started to come off. I reached out to customer service and the general manager and no one helped so I won’t be going back here.

Bit of a mixed review from me. The employees are ok. The architect who designed the new building is messed up. I can't visit the parts counter like I could in the old building across the street. On a more positive note, I was able to catch the Cornwell truck in parking lot.

Service is horrible. Stay away for if you are after service. I have owned 10 VWs in 5 states. This is the worst place I have been. The Flow C'Ville service manager refused to explain why they needed to make a repair that another dealers, and VW corporate said should not be necessary. I explained this scenario and several times and asked for for an explanation. The answer was - because the mechanic says so and HE pays the mechanics to go to school (I doubt he pays). The manager is who should get some schooling and for VWs benefit, it should be charm schooling. And if you do end up going there - NEGOTIATE. I asked why it was so expensive to do the repair, the service rep went to this manager, and suddenly the price was $200 cheaper. It makes one wonder why it was expensive in the 1st place - SLEEEEZE!
